As founder of the successful boutique salon, Public Hair, Southwell, Dean brought the Mayfair salon experience to the East Midlands.

His vision and passion has created a team that share his philosophy and approach to hair styling. Namely, to work with the hair's natural movement and texture to create stunningly beautiful cuts and colours that are also supremely wearable and manageable.

Lisa, alongside Dean, produces classic, sleek, precise colour and cuts. She is extremely skilful with superb natural technique and a good eye for knowing what will and what won't work.

She is exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable and is especially good at understanding what her customers are looking for, providing excellent advice and guidance and then translating into an amazing finished look.

Lisa is able to give a new twist to classic, timeless style.

Kerry has worked alongside Dean for many years so hers was the first number he called when looking for talented, dedicated stylists to join the team at Earth. Kerry is our Colour specialist and whether you are looking for a subtle natural lift or a more striking transformation, you couldn't be in safer hands.

She has the skill, precision and patience necessary to get perfect results for her clients - which is why she is so highly regarded and customers keep coming back. She loves seeing the instant impact colour can have and how a great cut and colour work together to complement each other and produce a fantastic result.

Kerry is extremely sensitive to hair texture, skin tones and face shape when advising on colours which is why her results are always super flattering.

Super stylish Kirsty is a treasured member of the Earth Hair team and has a precise eye for both cutting and colouring.  An avid follower of the catwalk, she can always be relied on to know exactly what's on trend and translate an obtainable key update to your look. 

With rare innovation, Kirstys' ability to produce stunning 'hair up' regularly has clients entrusting her with their wedding day and special occasion hair.  She's won awards for these creative finishes and has featured in Hairdressers Journal.

Steph has been with us since the opening of the Earth Spa. Her calm demeanour immediately puts you at ease and her years of experience mean that she is not only supremely capable but utterly discreet and trustworthy too.

Naturally spiritual and caring, she really enjoys getting to know her clients and treating them holistically to help them look and feel their best. Steph says ‘I love seeing my clients come back time and time again. I really enjoy spending time with them.'

She particularly loves ‘Mums to be' and is especially sensitive to their particular needs.

Sarah is a well established member of Earth Hair & Spa with 9 years valuable experience and expertise.  Her discretion and sensitivity sit perfectly with her love of waxing!  She has developed a well earned reputation for keeping any discomfort or irritation to a minimum; leaving smooth, silky skin in any area. 

She genuinely enjoys all aspects of her work, and believes in giving her best possible service every time.

Celia founded Earth Hair and Spa along with Dean, and was the driving force behind the building conversion and creating the warm, inviting and stylish interior decor. She is dedicated to ensuring that the salon runs like clockwork and that all our guests receive a warm welcome and experience sparkling service.

Celia's knowledge and interest in Ayevedic principles and a more holistic approach to well-being, is the inspiration behind many of the the Spa Treatments that we offer.
