Guide to Earth Spa
We're delighted to bring you some helpful information, hints and tips that we hope you will find useful when preparing to visit our Spa.
We have created to warm, welcoming, dedicated Spa Rooms to help you relax and make the most of your Spa experience.
Spa Room 1 - Warm, intimate and comfortable - a place where you can truly unwind in the capable hands of our skilled, discreet therapists. You will immediately feel enveloped by delicious smells and sounds and be smoothly transported to a deeply relaxed state
Spa Room 2 - A ‘double room' to enjoy one your own or with a friend or loved one. Relax in companionable quiet contemplation or chat away!
Do I need to book in advance?
If you would like a time that suits you we recommend booking your appointment. Please call Guest Relations on 01636 707072, email guest-relations@earthhairandspa.co.uk or click on the link from this or any page and we will guide you.
What time should I arrive for my appointment?
You should arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment begins. This will help you to relax and enjoy a cup of organic tea whilst you complete a simple consultation form.
What should I wear for my treatment?
Arrive in anything that you are comfortable with. We will ask you to change into a robe just before your spa treatment; during your treatment you will be draped in towels or blankets, so wear anything - or nothing - depending on how you feel most comfortable.
Can I have more than one treatment at a time?
Yes, we can guide you as to which treatments compliment each other, however, some treatments are not suitable to be taken on the same day, during pregnancy or under certain health conditions.
Should I eat before my treatment?
We recommend that you eat lightly one hour before your treatment. To get the most out of your time with us alcohol should be avoided.
Good Ideas
Please bring appropriate footwear when having a pedicure, for example flip flops. Contact lenses will need to be removed before a facial or eye treatments.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Your treatment is reserved for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule we ask that you telephone us at least 24 hours before your scheduled treatment time.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Not normally, but on certain days or with certain treatments a deposit may be required.
Spa Etiquette
We maintain a peaceful environment and appreciate you for respecting this, therefore, children are not permitted in the treatment areas or left to wait unattended. Please silence your mobile and enjoy your treatment.
